Israeli start-ups among VentureWire’s 10 most promising
Over US 300 investors chose the ten from a list of 72 start-ups.

At the VentureWire Network Outlook 2004 conference last week, venture capital fund and private equity investors gave the Network Outlook conference Investors` Choice award to the ten data communications start-ups judged most likely to succeed. Over US 300 investors chose the ten from a list of 72 start-ups. Three Israeli start-ups, the only non-US choices, were among the top ten.

The top ten start-ups were Actelis Networks of Israel, BitBand of Israel, Callipso, DataPower, Milpitas, Ikanos, NimCat, P-Cube of Israel, Pedestal, and Vonage.
