EMANUEL TIMOR

Emanuel Timor has close to twenty years of experience working closely with start-ups and emerging technology companies as an analyst and investor. At Vertex Venture Capital, Mr. Timor invests primarily in the broadband, mobile and enterprise infrastructure sectors. At Vertex, Mr. Timor is actively working with the Vertex portfolio companies throughout their lifecycle, from the initial investment and up to and including exit. Among his most recent successes, was an investment in Percello, a femtocell company, acquired by Broadcom. Mr. Timor began his career at Vertex as an Investment Manager and became a Partner in 2002. Prior to joining Vertex, Mr. Timor was an articled apprentice at an Israeli law firm where he acquired expertise in IPOs and M&A. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Timor was one of the leading financial journalists for Globes, Israel`s daily business newspaper. He covered the Israeli high-tech and venture capital industry. Mr. Timor has a B.A. in Economics and an LL.B from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
